These Terms govern your use of Rexpo Templates and your access to rexpo.io.
By purchasing or using our templates, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Our Product
Rexpo provides React Native Expo templates with multiple UI variations.
Purchases can be made via:
- Envato Market (Codecanyon)
- Offline Direct Payment (UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, RazorPay, Stripe)
Regardless of where you purchase, you must comply with Envato Licensing Terms, since the product follows their licensing model.
2. License Types (Envato Market)
Regular License – $99
- Use in one end product
- End users cannot be charged
- App must be free to end users
- Source code cannot be redistributed
Extended License – $2999
- Use in one end product
- End users can be charged
- Suitable for commercial, subscription, or paid apps
Offline purchases also follow the same licensing terms.
3. Purchasing Methods
A. Envato Purchase
When purchasing via Codecanyon:
- Payments are processed by Envato
- Refunds must follow Envato policies
- You receive an Envato purchase code
B. Offline/Direct Purchase
If purchasing directly from us:
- Payment is arranged via UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal, RazorPay, Stripe
- You must provide a valid email for delivery
- You will receive:
- A license certificate
- A downloadable ZIP file
- Support eligibility
Direct purchases do not generate an Envato purchase code.
4. Prohibited Usage
You must NOT:
- Redistribute or resell the source code
- Share the code publicly (GitHub, torrents, forums)
- Use the template in SaaS app builders
- Create multiple end products with one license
- Remove license restrictions
- Use the template for illegal activities
Violation may result in license termination.
5. Support Terms
Support includes:
- Bug fixes
- Guidance for installation
- Basic customization direction
Support does NOT include:
- Full app setup
- Publishing to App Store/Play Store
- Backend development
- Custom feature development
6. Liability Disclaimer
Rexpo is not liable for:
- Rejected app submissions
- Loss of business or revenue
- Issues caused by modifications
- Third-party library changes
- Misuse of the template
7. Termination
We may terminate your license if:
- You violate licensing terms
- You distribute the product illegally
