Refund and Returns Policy

Rexpo offers two purchase methods, and refunds depend on where you purchased the product.
1. Envato/Codecanyon Purchases
If you purchased on Envato Market:
All refunds must follow Envato Market’s Refund Policy

Rexpo cannot issue refunds directly for Envato purchases.
Envato makes the final refund decision.
2. Offline/Direct Purchases
If purchased through:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
- RazorPay
- Stripe
- Other agreed methods
Refunds may be issued only if:
Eligible:
- The product does not work as described
- Major bugs prevent usage
- We cannot resolve the issue despite support
- Duplicate payment was made
- Wrong file delivered
Not Eligible:
- You changed your mind
- You purchased by mistake
- You lack required technical skills
- You request a refund after receiving and downloading the code
- You expect features not included in the description
- You want a refund after customization
Digital products cannot be “returned,” so refunds are limited.

- Allow us time to fix the issue
- Provide logs, screenshots, or error details
